Wrap up. Hanya satu kitaran.

Lagu Gemilang nyanyian Ella menghidupkan suasana irama subuh dinihari. Baru tadi sebatang Marlboro Light habis menerobosi kerongkong ini sambil dibasahi kehangatan Milo 3 in 1.

"To being a good son to my mother, good brother, good friend, better pointer, sophisticated trader, and a happy life."Ada suara sumbang menyalak menyindir.

Februari lalu, aku buka buku. Dari muka pertama aku bermula semula. Dari mula. Aku pelajari semula apa itu Fibonacci. Aku sedar waktu itu aku langsung tiada apa-apa. I'm broke. Totally.

Aku bulatkan hati. Teruskan meniti. Aku mulai berdikari. RM50 seminggu menjadi nadi. Namun, Marlboro Light tetap jadi pujaan di hati. Burger Ramly jadi diet rutin harian. Kenangan di Melaka pengubat hati. Terima kasih sahabat. Aku sayang akan kalian.

April lalu, genap setahun aku dan dia. Terima kasih kamu mengenali aku. You are awesome.

Mei lalu, kawan aku hanya laptop, broadband, dan kipas. El Nino menjadi-jadi. Semester Spring berlalu.

Jun lalu, mengenang kembali separuh 2009 yang berlalu. Aku depresi. Hanya satu senyuman pahit ketika diraikan hari jadi.

Alhamdulillah.

September lalu, Aidilfitri di kampung. Di rumah yang baru saja siap. RM****.** buat Mama.

Oktober lalu, diparasitkan. Kuatkan hati. Tabahkan kaki melangkah. Teruskan. Jangan paling lagi.

November lalu, bangkit. Belajar dari kesilapan. Kesilapan bila terlalu mempercayai orang lain. Kesilapan bila diperkudakan orang lain. Kesilapan bila dipaksa makan tahi orang lain. Bangkit. Vardec termeterai di bawah satu janji. Tulus, ikhlas, jujur. Bangkit.

Disember bakal berlalu. Detik-detik pengakhiran suatu permulaan.

Lagu Hadapi Dengan Senyuman nyanyian Dewa menghidupkan suasana irama pagi. Sebatang Marlboro Light dinyalai lagi.

Skuad Red Devil menang 5-0 melawan Wigan. Aku yang hanya mendapat keputusan langsung melalui LiveScore.com.

The Art of Making a Mistake

Instead of instructing yourself to avoid mistakes, you should learn the art of making a mistake and gaining wisdom from it.

The first thing that happens after you make a mistake is that you become upset. Everyone I know gets upset. That is the first indication of a mistake. At this point of upset, you find out who you really are.

Well at the moment of upset, we become one of these characters. I'm going to describe the cast of characters who are brought to center stage when upsets from mistakes occur:

1. The Liar. The liar will say such things as, "I didn't do that." Or "No, no, no. It wasn't me." Or "I don't know how that happened." Or "Prove it."

2. The Blamer. The blamer will say such things as: "It's your fault, not mine." Or "If my wife didn't spend so much money, I would be better off financially." Or "I would be rich if I didn't have you kids." Or "The customers just don't care about my products." Or "Employees just aren't loyal anymore." Or "You weren't clear in your instructions." Or "It's my boss's fault."

3. The Justifier. The justifier says things such as: "Well, I don't have a good education so that is why I don't get ahead." Or "I would have made it if I had had more time." Or "Oh, I really didn't want to be rich anyway." Or "Well, everyone else was doing it."

4. The Quitter. The quitter says such things such as: "I told you that it would never work." Or "This is too hard and it's not worth it. I'm going to do something else easier." Or "Why am I doing this? I don't need this hassle."

5. The Denier. Called this person 'the cat in the litter box' which means this person tends to bury his or her mistakes. The person who denies that he or she made a mistake often says things such as: "No, there is nothing wrong. Things are fine." Or "Mistake? What mistake?" Or "Don't worry. Things will work out."

When people are upset due to a mistake or accident, one or more of these characters will take over their mind and body. If you want to learn and gain wisdom from this priceless mistakes, you have to let The Responsible You eventually take control of your thinking. The Responsible You will eventually say, "What priceless lesson can I learn from this mistake?"

If a person says, "What I learned is that I'll never do this again," he or she probably has not learned much. Too many people live in a diminishing world because they continue say, "I'll never do that again" instead of saying, "I'm glad that happened because I learned this or that from the experience." Besides people who avoid mistakes or waste mistakes never see the other side of the coin.

The Biggest Failure

On the street, you're given the mistake first and then it's up to you to find the lesson, if you ever find it. Since most people have not been taught how to make mistakes and learn from them, they either avoid mistakes altogether, which is a bigger mistake, or they make a mistake but fail to find the lesson from the mistake. That is why you see so many people making the same mistake over and over again. They make the same mistake over and over again because they have never been taught how to learn from their mistakes. In school, you are considered smart if you don;t make mistakes. On the street, you're smart only if you make mistakes and learn from them.

In business world, that something new is often called 'experience.' But experience is not enough. Many people say they have a lot of experience because they keep making the same mistake over and over again. If a person truly learns from a mistake, his or her life changes forever, and what that person gains instead of experience is 'wisdom.'

People often avoid making mistakes, and that is a mistake. They keep saying to themselves, 'Play it safe. Don't take risks.' People may be struggling because they have already made mistakes and have not learned from the mistakes. So they get up every day, go to work, and repeat the mistake and avoid new mistakes, but they never find the lesson. These people often say to themselves, 'I'm doing everything right, but for some reason, I'm not getting ahead.' They may be doing all the right things but the problem is that they are avoiding the wrong things-wrong things such as taking more risks. They are avoiding their weaknesses instead of confronting them. They are not doing something they may be afraid of doing, and consciously to avoid making a mistake rather than make one.

Some of the biggest failures I know are people who have never failed.

The Magic Of Mistakes

My dad came from the world of academics, a world where mistakes are perceived as bad and to be avoided. In the world of education, the more mistakes a person makes, the less intelligent that person is thought to be.

I had a different view on mistakes which came from the streets. For me, mistakes were opportunities to learn something new, something he did know before. To me, the more mistakes a person made, the more the person learned.

There is a bit of magic hidden in every mistake. So the more mistakes I make and I take the time to learn from, the more magic I have in my life.

Just remember the frustration you went through as you struggled to learn how to ride a bicycle. All your friends are riding but all you are doing is climbing on the bike and immediately falling off. You make mistake after mistake. Then suddenly, you stop falling off, you begin to peddle, the bike begins rollin, and then suddenly like a magic, whole new world opens to you. That is the magic found in mistakes.

Other Mistakes

Another company, Diamond Fields, was formed untuk mencari diamonds, yang mana mereka tidak pernah menemui nya. The company's head geologist had made a mistake. Yet, instead dari mencari diamonds, they struck one of the largest nickel deposits in the world. Their stock price soared upon the discovery. Hari ini, walaupun namanya tetap Diamonds Field, they make their money in nickel.

Levi Strauss headed for the gold fields of California to strike it rich in mining. Walaubagaimanapun, beliau bukan seorang miner yang bagus, so he instead began sewing pants out of canvas for the miners who were successful. Hari ini, I think hampir seluruh masyarakat dunia pernah mendengar tentang Levi's jeans.

Dikatakan bahawa Thomas Edison would never have invented the light bulb if he had been an employee for the company he ultimately found-General Electric. Juga dikatakan bahawa Edison failed over 10,000 times before finally inventing the light bulb. If he had been an employee of a major corporation, he would most likely have been fired for making so many mistakes.

Christopher Colombus's big mistake was that he was looking for a trade route to China and accidentally bumped into America.

Warren Buffet's Mistake

Warren Buffet, America's richest investor, company beliau dikenali dan dihormati, Berkshire Hathaway. Hari ini, harga share bagi Birkshire Hathaway adalah one of the highest priced company shares in the world.

Well as most of us know, textile manufacturing sedang tenat di America dan sedang beralih arah ke negara-negara lain. It was a trend yang even Warren Buffet sendiri tidak mampu melawannya, dan company tersebut eventually failed as a manufacturing company, walaupun Warren Buffet merupakan tulang belakang nya. Yet, inside of this company failure, Warren Buffet found the gems that ultimately made him extremely rich.

So the saying 'Don't count your chickens before they hatch,' is a wise bit of financial wisdom.

When we learn to ride a bicycle, we train our subconscious mind to ride our bike. Once that is done, we don't have to think or remember how to ride a bike as we ride. When we learn to drive a car, we also train our subconscious mind. And that is why, once we have trained our subconscious mind to drive, we can drive and talk to someone else, eat a hamburger, think about problems at work, or listen to the radio and sing along. Driving is (hopefully) automatically handled. The same can happen with reading financial statements.

What takes the longest time in finding a good investment is analyzing the numbers. Learning to read financial statements is a tedious process, especially when you first begin to learn. The good news is that it gets easier and faster as you practice. Not only does it get easier, but you can also review many more investment opportunities almost automatically without thinking... just like riding a bike, or driving a car.

Margin Call

Singgah di gerai makcik itu.

Sabtu lepas, "Bro, nanti you buy burger untuk kita semua. Okey bro? 15 cukup tak? Campur-campur."

Hujan. Gerai burger belum buka. Aku duduk di gerai makcik itu menunggu. Aku mengorder milo panas.

"Milo panas satu!!!" Jerit makcik itu kepada anaknya. "Makan tak nak?" Aku geleng sambil menyalakan sebatang Marlboro Light.

Makcik itu berlalu. Dia sudah tidak kenal akan aku.

Dia datang lagi.

Dua hari lepas Najib (remember his story?) was here in my place.

Unsangkarebel. Tidak sampai 5 minit, Najib mengeteks aku.

"Hujan, hebat!"

"I think I need your thumbprint! I'm waiting in front of the lift!"

Alkisah, Najib pembawa hujan.

You move, America.

Jobless rate tops 10 pct. for first time since '83

WASHINGTON – The unemployment rate has hit double digits for the first time since 1983 — and is likely to go higher.

The 10.2 percent jobless rate for October shows how weak the economy remains even though it is growing. Rising unemployment also could threaten the recovery if it saps consumers' confidence and makes them more cautious about spending as the holiday season approaches.

Nearly 16 million people can't find jobs even though the worst recession since the Great Depression has apparently ended.

The unemployed rate jumped to 10.2 percent, the highest since April 1983, from 9.8 percent in September, the Labor Department said Friday. The economy shed a net total of 190,000 jobs, more than economists had expected.

The number of unemployed hit 15.7 million, up from 15.1 million. The job losses occurred across most industries, from manufacturing and construction to retail and financial. The job-loss total is based on a survey of businesses, separate from a survey of households that produces the unemployment rate.

Economists say the unemployment rate could reach 10.5 percent next year because employers remain reluctant to hire.

"It's a stark reminder of how much work remains to be done to get people back to work," Christina Romer, head of President Barack Obama's Council of Economic Advisers, acknowledged in an interview with The Associated Press.

Some positive signs emerged in the data, Romer said, pointing to a 34,000 increase in temporary service jobs.

"That's often the first sign of firms kind of dipping their toe back into hiring people," she said.

Still, counting those who have settled for part-time jobs or stopped looking for work, the unemployment rate would be 17.5 percent, the highest on records dating from 1994.

"It's not a good report," said Dan Greenhaus, chief economic strategist for New York-based investment firm Miller Tabak & Co. "What we're seeing is a validation of the idea that a jobless recovery is perfectly on track."

Friday's report is the first since the government said last week that the economy grew at a 3.5 percent annual rate in the July-September quarter, the strongest signal yet that the economy is rebounding. But that isn't fast enough to spur rapid hiring.

"You need explosive growth to take the unemployment rate down," Greenhaus said in an interview Thursday.

The economy soared by nearly 8 percent in 1983 after a steep recession, Greenhaus said, lowering the jobless rate by 2.5 percentage points that year. But the economy is unlikely to improve that fast this time, as consumers remain cautious and tight credit hinders businesses. In fact, many analysts expect economic growth to moderate early next year, as the impact of various government stimulus programs aimed at home and car buying fade.

The stock market seesawed in early trading. The Dow Jones industrial average dipped about 2 points, while broader indexes also edged down.

High unemployment is likely to become a political liability for Obama and Democrats in Congress. Most economists expect the jobless rate will remain above 9 percent through next November, when congressional elections are held. When unemployment topped 10 percent in the fall of 1982, President Ronald Reagan's Republican Party lost 26 seats in the House.

Republicans and Democrats on Capitol Hill traded blame over the unemployment figures.

Rep. Barney Frank, the Massachusetts Democrat who chairs the House Financial Services Committee, said the economy would have been much worse had congressional Democrats not approved Obama's $787 billion stimulus package in February.

Republicans countered that Obama's focus on increased spending was making things worse.

"More debt, more spending ... clearly has not worked — particularly in a time of double-digit unemployment," said Senate GOP Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky.

One sign of how hard it still is to find a job: The number of Americans who have been out of work for six months or longer rose to 5.6 million, a record. They account for 35.6 percent of the unemployed population, matching a record set last month.

Congress sought to address the impact of long-term unemployment this week by approving legislation extending jobless benefits for the fourth time since the recession began. The bill would add 14 to 20 extra weeks of aid and is intended to prevent almost 2 million recipients from running out of unemployment insurance during the upcoming holiday season. Obama is expected to quickly sign the legislation.

October was the 22nd straight month the U.S. economy has shed jobs, the longest on records dating back 70 years. The report showed job losses remain widespread across many industries. Manufacturers eliminated a net total of 61,000 jobs, the most in four months. Construction shed 62,000 jobs, down slightly from the previous month.

Retailers, the financial sector and leisure and hospitality companies all continued to reduce payrolls. The economy has lost a net total of 7.3 million jobs since the recession began in December 2007.

The average work week was unchanged at 33 hours, a disappointment because employers are expected to add more hours for current workers before they begin hiring new ones.

There were some bright spots in the report. Professional and business services companies added 18,000 jobs. And temporary employment grew by 33,700 jobs, after losing positions for months. That's a positive sign because employers are likely to add temporary workers before hiring permanent ones.

"That is always in our business a precursor to more permanent jobs becoming available," said Tony McKinnon, president of Management Recruiters International, an executive recruiting firm.

Still, economists expect jobs likely will remain scarce even as the economy improves. Diane Swonk, chief economist at Mesirow Financial, said that small businesses, a primary engine of job creation, still face tight credit and don't have the cash reserves to support extra workers.

And many companies are squeezing more production from their existing work forces. Productivity, the amount of output per hour worked, jumped 9.5 percent in the third quarter, the Labor Department said Thursday.

That's the sharpest increase in six years and followed a 6.9 percent rise in the second quarter. The increases enable companies to produce more without hiring extra people.

While the unemployment rate hasn't yet topped the post-World War II high of 10.8 percent set in December 1982, many experts say this recession is worse.

The work force, on average, is older now as the baby boomers have aged and fewer teenagers are out looking for work. Gary Burtless, an economist at the Brookings Institution, notes that older workers are more likely to be employed than younger ones. As a result, it takes a tougher job market to push the rate to 10 percent.

"This may be the toughest employment situation we've seen in the postwar era," Mark Gertler, an economics professor at New York University, said in an interview earlier this week.

How do I find the plan that is right for me?

1. Take your time. Think quietly about your life up to this point. Take days to think quietly. Take weeks if you need to.

2. Ask yourself in these moments of quiet, "What do I want from this gift called my life?"

3. Don't talk to anyone else for a while, at least until you are certain you know what you think you want. All too often, people neither innocently or aggressively want to impose what they want for you instead of what you want for yourself. The biggest killer of deep inner dreams are your friends and family members who say, "Oh, don't be silly," or "You can't do that," or "What about me?"

Remember Bill Gates was in his 20s when he started with $50,000 and became the richest man in the world with $90 billion. It's a good thing he did not ask too many people for their ideas on what they thought was possible for his life.

4. Call a financial advisor. All investment plans begin with a financial plan. If you do not like what the financial advisor says, find another one. You would ask for a second opinion for a medical problem, so why not ask for many opinions for financial challenges? Financial advisors come in many forms. Choose an advisor equipped to assist you in developing a written financial plan.

Symbiosis

When I was in primary school, my science teacher had taught me about symbiosis. It is basically a close ecological relationship between the individuals of two or more different species. Examples of symbiotic relationships are parasitism, mutualism and commensalism. Sometimes a symbiotic relationship benefits both species, sometimes one species benefits at the other's expense, and in other cases neither species benefits. Look on how this concept may be applied in our daily lives.

Parasitism

People in this type of relationship (the parasites) are people who always take advantage on you. They cannot live independently. They will suck you till death. Do avoid them because they are suckers. I call them a poor friend or relative who lived at the expense of another. When you posses any characteristic of a parasite, don't ask me why i run away from you.

Commensal

Commensalism is a class of relationship between two organisms where one organism benefits but the other is unaffected. I don’t really care with those who practice commensalism. So long they don’t harm me, I don’t give a damn. People in this kind of relationship easily come and go from our lives. But life is too short to be wasted for these type of persons. Why bother having relationship with them?

Mutualism

This kind of relationship is beneficial to both parties. Some mutualisms are so intimate that the interacting species can no longer live without each other; they have a mutually obligate interdependence. This is what I meant by a “relationship”. Both parties must gain benefit from the relationship. In life, I only interested to have this kind of relationship. Call me cute choosy, I don’t care. In the end, I’ll be the one who suffer/get benefit for what I’ve chosen.

I teach something called The Law of Probabilities, which says the more things you try, the more likely one of them will work. The more books you read, the more likely one of them will have an answer to a question that could solve the major problems of your life, whatever it might be.

Most people fail not because they're stupid, but they are lazy.

One of the more stupid Q & A is when you ask someone if they are open to taking a look at other ways of making or saving money.

And of course most will say yes. Then they tell you that they are highly interested in your opportunity, but they are dead broke.

And, for those that tell you no, that they aren't open, when asked "which part are you not open to, the savings or the earnings?" Many will reply that they have no interest in either.

So, they are either lying...or they are just that stupid.

Kenapa tidak 95% Trader Berjaya dan Broker 5%?

95% gagal...
Kenapa masih nak salahkan broker sedangkan diri sendiri yang silap????

95% rugi...
Kenapa broker juga menjadi isu untuk dipersalahkan????

95% kalah...
Kenapa pula broker dikaitkan dengan kemenangan????

Bukannya broker trade akaun client pun..... Kita yang trade akaun kita masing-masing....
Kenapa nak sibuk akaun org lain????

Jawapan paling mudah bagaimana nak mengurangkan 95% tersebut....

ILMU

Aidilfitri al-Mubaraq

Salam aidilfitri to all my family members and friends.

Tapi aku puas.

Bukan aku cuba membuat statement panas. Tapi kalau 2 kali match berturut-turut score own goal.... Hmmm....

I'm also satisfied with our match. Hanya 10 pejuang berdiri menentang 11, dan still manage to win big 33333333333333333333333333333333333333333-1.

Apa dia??

KEPUASAN.

Tiada ekspansi, tiada kontraksi. Hanya dari sisi ke sisi. Tertekan.

Sepanjang minggu lepas adalah minggu paling tertekan dan terlalu sedikit peluang to enter market. I didn't make much profitable trade disebabkan corrective wave yang sedang berlaku. As seen on picture above, di dalam bulatan merah. Price only dapat memecahkan area Support and Resistance, selepas waktu Europe Open on petang Jumaat.

Harap-harap ianya valid.

Chart kecil belah kanan bawah menunjukkan pair USDJPY(Yen).

Chart besar menunjukkan pair GBPJPY(Geppy).

Trade At Your Own Risk (TAYOR).

Only 5 trades for last week. Which is overall still in profit. As seen di atas, my client, Yeoh Wei Chieh made a withdrawal total USD600.00. And I started to trade again, but since there are not much opportunity, I only made USD1308.00 additional profit margin for last week. Which leave the balance total is USD14500.00 now.

PERINGATAN:
1. K.I.S.S. : Keep it simple and smart, stupid.
2. T.A.Y.O.R.
3. Elakkan Margin Call/ Stop Out.

Ogos, Satu Permulaan

Yeoh Wei Chieh is my first and unofficial client. He traded his own account with USD6000.00 in capital. He made big losses and small profit over and over again. He made up his mind and passed me his account with password, and put fully trust on me to trade on his behalf.

When he gave me his account, it was USD2829.81 in margin balance. I did not guaranteed him profit. I started with this small margin on 20th of August, Thursday. A week later, he was shocked looking at his new 5 digit balance. That was USD10962.19 profit from the original margin when he gave it to me. And the latest balance is USD13 792.00.

Baru tadi kawan baik sekolej aku accident.

Esok, terus aku meniti hari.

Been too long on my own

I'm just so fuckin depressed I just can't seem to get out this slump.
If I could just get over this hump but I need somethin to pull me out this dump.
I took my bruises, took my lumps.

Fell down and I got right back up.
But I need that spark to get psyched back up in order for me to pick the mic back up.

I don't know how or why or when I ended up in this position I'm in.

I'm startin to feel distant again so I decided just to pick this pen.
Up and try to make an attempt to vent but I just can't admit.
Or come to grips with the fact that I may be done with rap, I need a new outlet.

And I know some shit's so hard to swallow but I just can't sit back and wallow.
In my own sorrow but I know one fact I'll be one tough act to follow.

One tough act to follow, I'll be one tough act to follow.
Here today, gone tomorrow, but you'd have to walk a thousand miles.

Mengunyah salted peanut sangat mengasyikkan di kala lecturer sedang membebel

Esok aku dapat panggilan percuma selama 24 jam. Haha, hint hint..

Siapa nak aku call sila emailkan nombor telefon.

Perspektif, Vision and Choices

Do not put off the things that you can’t do today.

Stop procrastinating.

But, we all guilty of that. If you don’t guilty of that, you are special. Because I believe I'm guilty of it and a lot of people are.

I'm a procrastinator.

But, that will automatically give us a motivation. Well, I have that motivation.

I wanna have a life. I don’t wanna be like others. I don’t wanna do what others did. Rat race.

I get to tell you the truth. Yes i did. Since i was 18, 4 years have passed. I have nothing. I wasted my time. That's crap!

Then I start again.

I got nothing now.

But you did not realize.

Imagine if I did it when I was 18. How much did I change in life in 4 years? How much more do I know? How many more experiences will I be able to share with the world?

It’s a perfect time for everything.

Not now.

But it's coming.

What kind of world do you see?

In the early 1990s, Donald Trump was nearly $1 billion in debt personally and $9 billion in debt corporately. An interviewer asked Trump if he was worried. Trump replied, "Worrying is a waste of time. Worrying gets in my way of working to solve these problems." I have noticed that one of the main reasons people are not rich is that they worry too much about things that might never happen.

Masihkah kau ingat?

Ada sekeping lembaran di dinding.

Bertarikh Januari Satu Dua Ribu Sembilan.

Lebih sedikit setengah tahun yang berlalu sudah.

Teringat azam yang terlafaz, mahupun terlintas. Ketika memandang ke angkasa, cahaya-cahaya kerlip gemerlapan gemilang bunga api dari sudut pandangan tepi Bukit Bandar Puteri Puchong.

Sambil mengangkat tin Vanilla Coke. Toasting, "Untuk 2009!"

"To being a good son to my mother, good brother, good friend, better pointer, sophisticated trader, and a happy life." Aku ulang-ulang silently to myself. I liked the ring of those words in my mind.

Pengajaran: Tolong lah jangan menjerit ketika kawan anda sedang memandu.

1. Kamu boleh menamakan hampir semua pemain dari English Premier League, tetapi bila ditanya tentang pemain bola Malaysia, satu nama pun tak boleh sebut.

2. Bila Streamyx hadir, kamu complain Streamyx too slow. Bila Maxis Broadband wujud, kamu complain Maxis Broadband always disconnects. Bila WiMax muncul, kamu complain Wimax too expensive. In the end, kamu cakap Streamyx still the best lah.

3. Bila harga tol naik, you complain. Bila harga minyak naik, you complain. Bila pergi ke Starbucks beli coffee RM10, Kamu TAK KOMPLEN.

5. You are always late. And the excuses you give when you're late is always either:
(a) traffic jam (b) no transport or (c) cannot find parking.

7. You know someone who can specially develop an Ang Moh accent when speaking to a American / British / Australian.

8. You complain against the government in Kopitiam, kamu menyalakmelalak kuat kuat. Leave anonymous comments on blogs, you also melalak kuat kuat. Attend ceramah by PKR, you jerit kuat kuat. Then when Opposition organise a protest and ask you to go, you tak nak pergi. Takut later kena tangkap by ISA.

9. Every year on the 30th April, you are one of the people below queueing up last minute to submit your tax return at the IRB.

10. When you pay RM10 for something that costs RM1, you blame the Chinese.

11. When a government service is too slow, you blame the Malays.

12. When a building is not good and collapsed, you blame the Indians.

13. Bila pelajar Cina dapat biasiswa, you say "Wah! Very clever hor?"

14. Bila pelajar Melayu dapat biasiswa, you say "Aiya! Of course lah! He Malay mah!"

15. When an Ang Moh stranger kiss you on the cheek to say hello, you very happy dan sangat suka. When a Malaysian guy kiss you on the cheek to say hello, you slap him.

Hampir ke situ

It's always coming to you. Only if you keep on going forward.

It's really simple. Right?

If you wanna go to the shopping mall. Suria, Midvalley, Pyramid or One Borneo. The mall is not gonna move. It is not gonna come to you.

How you wanna get to the mall?

Its gonna come, as long as u keep on moving forward.

We make it easier, we keep on moving forward in baby steps.

You don’t have to start meditating and start floating. Right?

How you wanna get it? One step at a time. One step at a time.

Vision. Reaching you fullest potential.

That’s what I want. Isn’t that what you want?

Yes. But, how lazy are we?

How lazy are we?

What time is it? It's summertime!

Expansi, kontraksi.

Puas sudah bercuti.

Semester Summer kembali.

Menatap buku dan memegang pensel 2B.

Aduh, apa nak jadi?

Marlboro Light tinggal sebatang saja lagi.

Kata kata bulan Jun:
Man cannot discover new oceans unless he has the courage to lose sight of the shore - Andre

Khamis, 28 Mei 2009

Nak ke mana tu?

So, where are you going?

Vision. What is your vision? And where ever your goal lives, let it be.

Sebab setiap hari kita perlu mencapai our fullest potential.

But let me tell you something scary about your fullest potential.

The day you believe you’ve reach your fullest potential is the day you have not. Why?

Sekali lagi. Jot it down. The day you believe you’ve reach your fullest potential is the day you have not, because you still have today.

You and I know that we can make choices. Apatah lagi kita manusia? Kenapa perlu membuat pilihan?

To have a better life, open our life from the worst position.

So, where are you going? What is your vision? Is it big? Are you afraid? Why not?

The only limits we have in our lives are the limits we put on us or ourselves. Remember?

We wanna live a life. With no limits.

Vision. Beyond comprehension.

Moderasi ke arah severity or intensity

You wouldn't gonna change anything about yourself. Kalau hidung flat, flat lah ia. Kalau mata sepet, sepat lah ia. Kalau suara kartun, kartun lah ia. Kalau telinga mencapah, mencapah lah ia. Kalau kaki pendek sebelah, pendek sebelah lah ia. You wouldn’t gonna change it. Would you?

Don’t see your disabilities. It is a gift. Be thankful.

Ingat lagi?

When you establish and know where you are in life and who you are in life, you give yourself a little bit of credit.

If you find one positive thing about your life that no one can argue with, then hang on to that and go from there.

Then expand on that.

Walking into another life. Part 2.

Betul. Anda akan ke Las Vegas. Tepat sekali. Peluang sekali seumur hidup bukan? Even when opportunity knocks, a man still has to get up off his seat and open the door.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Christopher: There was a man who was drowning, and a boat came, and the man on the boat said "Do you need help?" and the man said "God will save me". Then another boat came and he tried to help him, but he said "God will save me", then he drowned and went to Heaven. Then the man told God, "God, why didn't you save me?" and God said "I sent you two boats, you dummy!"

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Tahniah. While, Max mungkin perlu belajar membuka pintu ketika peluang mengetuk pintu. Tapi katanya, there are always possibilities. I like that thought. Investment in time. Learning. Kak Meen memecahkan kebuntuan dengan mencadangkan solat istikarah. Still, kena buat keputusan. Kan?

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Christopher Gardner: Hey. Don't ever let somebody tell you... You can't do something. Not even me. All right?
Christopher: All right.
Christopher Gardner: You got a dream... You gotta protect it. People can't do somethin' themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it. If you want somethin', go get it. Period.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Dan benar, biasanya kita hanya akan terdorong melakukan sesuatu yang bermakna di dalam hidup kita, dan melakukan nya dengan sepenuh kekuatan, reaching the fullest potential, beyond the limit, seandainya ada sesuatu ganjaran menanti.

Fikir.

Wow! Tiada lagi kerja tertangguh!
Wow!

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Tarik nafas. Hehehe.

This is a chance to escape. Isn’t it? Walk into another life.

Ahad, 17 Mei 2009

Knowing who you are

Give yourself enough credit.

Bukan kad kredit. Bukan kredit mudah tanpa cengkeram. Bukan budget deficit yang mana kredit melebihi debit. Bukan hidup tersepit kerana hutang di kala poket sempit. Bukan.

Credit. Kehormatan. Kepercayaan. Keyakinan. Kepujian. Reputasi. Nama baik.

Even if the whole world told you cannot do that, you are not good enough, you are not gonna reach your fullest potential.

Even if you do it, it is not gonna be compare to anybody else’s potential.

Even if the whole world has that discouragement on you.

Pergi mampus. You don’t have to believe them. You don’t have to believe other’s opinions.

Because it is just an opinion.

If a doctor came to you and say "Hey, I'm sorry you’ve got cancer."

What you gonna do? Get a second opinion.

Right? Why? Because you wanna make sure that he is right. You wanna know exactly how much longer you have to live.

So, why not get a second opinion when people put you down?

Why not get a second opinion when your family thinks you are dreaming?

Why not?

A Life Without Limits

Perspektif. How you see your life is the first thing. Then, who are you. And, where are you in life.

Andai satu hari kau merungut tentang kekurangan dan kecacatan diri. Berhenti. Selak kamus. Oxford mahupun Dewan.

Apa maksud disability? Something that would hinder you to change something, to do something.

What really stops (hinders) you? Your mind. Ya, otak. Pemikiran. Intelek.

The way you see your life and where you are going will determine how successful you will be in life.

Jangan sesekali. Don't ever ask yourself and see what you don’t have. Maka dengan itu, see what you do have, and then say “Okay, this is who and where I am.”

Don't limit yourself to say "If I only have this…, if I only have that…

You can think about the things you don’t have, but is that really constructive?
No!!! Why?
Because no one can turn back time.

It’s up to you with what you do with today. Your priorities. Your daily agenda. It will determine how successful you are.

Don't put limit in your life.

Si Najib Pembawa Hujan

Hujan lebat lagi sekarang ini. Suka betul aku. Najib oh Najib.

Sekarang baru aku rasa seperti mutiara turun dari langit

Dua hari sebelumnya.

Najib, sahabat dari Johor Bahru. Ingin tumpang bermalam di tempat aku. Untuk dua malam.

Aku teks "Suhu rumah aku agak tinggi. Dah berkurun hujan tak turun. Aircond pun belum pasang."

Najib balas "Nanti aku datang hujan akan turun."

Hubris.

------------------

Semalam.

Najib tengah tidur. Kegelisahan. Mungkin panas sangat.

Aku menatap screen monitor. Terbangun. Dinihari. Berlengas.

------------------

4.55 pagi.

Setelah kemarau lebih sebulan rasanya. Hujan lebat turun dengan selebat-lebatnya. Masin lidah Najib.

Aku masih menatap screen monitor. Separa terkesima.

Najib terjaga. "Suka tak hujan dah turun?"

Humility.

So that, kau boleh consider bersekedudukantinggal dengan aku. Tiap tiap hari boleh hujan. Apathy.

What you do, when you fall down?

Selasa lepas, B, F dan N mengadakan mesyuarat agung majlis falsafah bangsa bersatu di sebuah kopitiam Seksyen 7, untuk kali ke tujuh belas ribu tiga puluh lima ratus. Aku di sana sebagai pemerhati. Berkecuali. Apathy. Agenda utama yang dihighlightkan, Falsafah Empat Sifat Syaitan. Tetap pendirian, tamak haloba, tidak putus asa, kuat menghasut. Aku ambil nota. Setuju.

Sejarah berulang, cuma jangka waktu berbeza. George Santayana yang kata. Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.

Ahad lepas, E memerlukan aku berkongsi kisah duka lara pawana berakhirnya kisah cinta antara Laksamana Tuah dan Gusti Puteri. The highest form of vanity is love of fame. Lupakan cinta Isabella itu. Never build your emotional life on the weaknesses of others.

Sabtu lepas, L mengadu tentang adiknya. Pada aku, itu tiada apa. A child educated only at school is an uneducated child. Hidup tanpa limitasi. Fun is a good thing but only when it spoils nothing better. Biarkan dia belajar sendiri.

You are going to finish strong. Aren't you?
